Samsung has shown off what it claims is the world's smallest dual-core laptop, the Q35. The ultra-mobile pc weighs just 1.9kg and features a 12.1in, 1280 × 800 widescreen display.

The Q35 is based on an Intel Core Duo T2700 processor connected to an Intel 945GM chipset across a 667MHz frontside bus, offers Wi-Fi connectivity and Bluetooth 2.0.  A six-cell battery offers seven hours of run time.

The Q35 will likely be available with lesser Core Duo and Core Solo processors, and more hard drive capacities. Retail will be around £1000 and expect it to ship in a few months.
